Welcome Bonus T&C's
Welcome bonus is advertised on all roles where eligible.
- Paid £300 on completion of your first 3 months of employment
- To work an average of 24 hours per week during the first 3 months of employment
- The bonus is subject to tax and other deductions if applicable
- The bonus will be paid through payroll in the month following entitlement
- Must have no disciplinaries, a clean performance record and an acceptable absence record
- Must still be in employment at the bonus entitlement date and not in resignation period
- If you have been employed previously by Autonomy Care Group, within the last 12 months, you are not eligible for the welcome bonus
- Mandatory training must be completed
- Autonomy Care Group reserve the right to withdraw or amend this scheme at any time
