DONNA TAUNDRY
DONNA TAUNDRYResidential Care Director
Having been brought up with a brother and sister with disabilities and complex needs, I have had personal experiences of the challenges involved in supporting and caring for individuals from a siblings point of view. I have over 14 years experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and associated disorders. I have been working at The Oaks for over 10 years now and there have been many highlights during this time. The most rewarding thing about being a manager of this service is enabling both staff and service users to gain knowledge and skills and to see them progress.

Throughout my time as Home Manager I have gained much experience and qualifications, most recently my NVQ 4 and Registered Managers Award, my PTLL’s

STEVE TAYLER
STEVE TAYLERCommunity Services Director
Steve Tayler has over 20 years experience of working alongside individuals with profound learning disabilities, challenging behaviours and or complex health care needs. Steve has been a member of the management team of Exalon Autonomy Group since May 2008.

Steve has obtained his level 4 management award, in addition to the relevant mandatory training requirements.

PETE BATES
PETE BATESHome Manager of The Willows & Willow View
Pete has worked in the field of social care for 22 years, with people with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour.

Pete has worked both in England and Wales both in the private and charitable sector.

Pete is passionate about working with people in a person centred way and ensuring that all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.

Pete has gained NVQ level 4 in care and is currently working towards his QCF level 5.

Pete is also an accredited Manual Handing trainer and is currently working towards becoming a Positive Response Trainer.

ADINA IURES
ADINA IURESAssistant Manager of The Oaks
I have been working at Exalon – The Oaks over 5 years and I started as a support worker, and progressed to a team leader and now I am an Assistant Manager.

I have achieved level 2 in Health and Social Care and level 2 in Team Leading. I have a degree in psychology achieved at the University in Bucharest and I am currently working towards my QCF level 5.

I enjoy working with people with challenging behaviour and I find my job really rewarding. I believe that when you work in care you need to have empathy for the people that you support, and they will reward you back with happiness and progression.

EMMA CROPPER
EMMA CROPPERAssistant Manager of The Oaks
I have over 5 & 1/2 years experience working with adults with learning disabilities and working in a specialised service for Autism. From a very young age I’ve always wanted to achieve, succeed and help others. In being a Manager it gives me great job satisfaction to have such an important role to play to be a prime source to someone else fulfilling their potential. I have completed various training and qualifications including my level 3 in Health and Social Care. However I’m looking forward to starting my Level 5 in Health & Social Care to expand on my current knowledge and skills.
SANDRA BRAILEY
SANDRA BRAILEYCommunity Services Manager
Sandra has had 20 years experience supporting individuals with Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour, Complex Health Care needs and young people with Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties.

Sandra began her career as a support worker in 1998 at a Respite Home before moving on in 2001 to a Residential Children’s home. During this time Sandra completed her NVQ 3 and NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care and took on the role of Assistant Manager.

Sandra joined the Management Team at Autonomy Care in December 2015.

NATALIE GOREING
NATALIE GOREINGAssistant Finance Manager
Natalie has over 10 years accounting experience, predominantly within the manufacturing industry. She has worked in a variety of roles including Treasury Assistant, Management Account’s Assistant and Purchase Ledger Manager.

Natalie is currently working towards her AAT Level 4 qualification after obtaining her level 3 in 2014 and taking a short study break to look after her young family.

HAZEL WILTSHIRE
HAZEL WILTSHIREHR Executive
Starting her career in administration Hazel has worked in various industries including manufacturing, health and social care and recruitment, progressing into supervisory and office management roles.

Enjoying aspects of employee relations and employment law Hazel has completed the CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in HR Management.
